Clinton County Drug Court Counselor
Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field preferred OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work

Other Bachelor's Degrees with at least two years supervised experience in the field

Licenses preferred: LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, CADC
-
Knowledge and training in Evidenced Based Practices preferred

Responsibilities: (Training Provided)
-
Participate on Clinton County Drug Court team and provide progress reports on participants, assist team in providing incentives to participants and problem solving cases
-
Assess and screen new drug court referrals
-
Develop individualized treatment plans with participants
-
Provide Individual and group therapeutic interventions using evidenced based approaches
-
Documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
-
Knowledge of SUPR Rule 2060 and DMH Rule 132 and 140 preferred
-
When indicated, provide consultation, case management and out-reach services
